What you’ll need:
2 pound beef brisket
2 tablespoon paprika
4 medium sliced onions
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon basil
3 cloves of cubed garlic
2 cups of water
2 cups of ketchup
2 cups red wine
-Preheat your oven at 325 F.
-In a roasting pan, rub the condiments like basil, paprika, pepper and salt onto the meat.
-Place the garlic and onions around the meat to get it that nice flavor.
-In a separate container, mix water, wine and ketchup, and pour it over the beef.
-Cover roasting pan with aluminum foil.
-Bake the meat for about three hours. If you have a thermometer, bake it until the meat indicates 190 F for a result of well done.
-Slice the meat thinly and diagonally.
