We love tacos just as much as we enjoy the food that we serve at our kosher restaurant in Las Vegas. There’s just something so inviting about them that is full of flavor from the salsa to the meat and all the ingredients in between. All other stores make them so differently that it’s hard to resist not trying every one of them! So in celebration of Tuesday, we’re all about tacos!
“Where is this recipe from?” you might ask. Well, since we’re a kosher restaurant in Las Vegas, food is a little different with us. We’re talking about not being able to mix meat with dairy. Having said that, we can’t have sour cream with our meat. Oh, don’t worry! There’re other alternatives to enjoy an absolutely incredible taco without sour cream! How? Mixing and matching different types of salsas of course!

We tried making tacos last week, and it was a big hit for our party! Everyone seemed to be enjoying the event while helping themselves for seconds. It was an incredible turnout! The only thing about it was that it didn’t happen on a Tuesday. Yeah, we know, but we’re here to redeem ourselves. Let’s get started with this fantastic plate!
1 lb. ground beef
1 package of taco seasoning
½ cup water

Brown the ground beef in a nonstick pan until it is fully cooked. Add the one package of taco seasoning along with water. Warm the taco shells in an oven for about 5 minutes. When the taco shells are ready, fill it with lettuce, salsa, meat and anything else you desire! Easy-peasy, right?
