Ah, the good old roasted chicken. What’s a kosher meal without incorporation of any poultry? It’s a delicious food that is enjoyed by many cultures all around the globes so making a good chicken dish is almost a must! This is why we have come up with an easy kosher roasted chicken that will leave your mouth watering for more! Let’s get started with this amazingly easy kosher recipe.

What You’ll Need for this Kosher Recipe:

3 lbs whole chicken

3 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp cumin

2 tsp rosemary flakes

1/2 cup olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. In a roasting pan, evenly season the chicken with salt and pepper. On the inside, sprinkle the inside with onion powder, cumin, rosemary flakes, and sprinkle the cavity with ¼ cup of olive oil. The remainder of olive oil will be applied to the exterior of the chicken.
  3. Bake this for about 1 hour and 20 minutes or until the internal temperature of this kosher dish is up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Serve with some roasted vegetables and enjoy!
