Lime Marinated Flank Steak

To cook up a delicious recipe for a flank steak, you don’t have to be a master chef. Huge expertise in the kitchen is not necessary with this super easy kosher recipe. It is so delicious that your family and friends will question what your secret is! Well, let’s start cooking up a storm!

What you’ll need:
1 lbs thinly sliced flank steak
3 tbsp soy sauce
⅓ cup juice of lime
2 minced fresh ginger
3 scallions
1 teaspoon pepper flakes
Ground pepper and salt
Vegetable oil

Using a resealable bag, mix red pepper, ginger, scallions, soy sauce and lime juice. Place the steak in the bag, and let it marinate for about 30 minutes.

Turn the grill on high while lightly oiling the grates. From the marinade, season with pepper and salt. Place the steak on the grill. Cook for about 6-9 minutes for a medium-rare steak. Let this rest for 10 minutes before serving.
