Ingredients and Materials You’ll Need

A Cedar Plank

4-6 Salmon Fillets

1 zest of Lemon

2 Teaspoons of dijon mustard

2 Tablespoons of honey

1 Tablespoon maple syrup

½ teaspoon of sea salt

1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper

Food Preparation

Let the cedar plank soak in water for 2 hours

Preheat grill to a medium heat

Take all the wet ingredients and mix together in a bowl, then microwave them for 45 seconds.

Sprinkle salt and pepper over the salmon.

Pour the mixture of wet ingredients over the salmon

Put the salmon on cedar plank and place on grill.

Cover the grill and cook for 25 minutes
