What you’ll need:
1 lbs thinly sliced flank steak
3 tbsp soy sauce
⅓ cup juice of lime
2 minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon pepper flakes
Ground pepper and salt
Using a resealable bag, mix red pepper, ginger, scallions, soy sauce and lime juice. Place the steak in the bag, and let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
